Return Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: 

We hope you’re happy with your new “Riding Toy Car” purchase! However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do. If the car is not a suitable fit or if you simply do not like it, you have up to 30 days to return of the delivery date. All we ask is that you send the toy car back in the unused condition that you received it and in their original box, including a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack up the toy car carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back.

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

Please notice that we can only exchange items for another color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.The return shipping is paid by the customer of charge, which means that we do not pay for the cost of shipping your item back. Jay Goodys is not obliged to take the goods back should they have been “extremely used” or “damaged”. Please pack the goods the way you received them and be aware that we will not accept items without their original box. Please be aware that the return of any toy will subject to a restocking should they be returned incomplete or misrepresented condition.

Delivery of damaged/wrong goods                                                                          

Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive wrong/damaged goods. It must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly exchange the product or provide a new replacement part, depending on the reported product condition. Return costs will be covered in such situations.

Customized Items

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.

REFUND TIMING

Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse. 

Of course, we do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days, in fact:

-refund payments to credit cards/PayPal account normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

-refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 8 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the return of your order are NOT going to be refunded.
